Non-venomous and completely harmless. A microfauna cleanup-crew species with no bite, sting or defensive chemistry.

Habitat
Native to Thailand, recorded at Hup Pa Tat in Uthai Thani province - a humid limestone valley forest. Lives in warm, damp leaf litter, soil and decaying wood, grazing mould and detritus as a natural clean-up crew.

Wild Diet
Detritivore/fungivore — grazes mould, mildew, biofilm, decaying plant matter and fungal hyphae.

20 – 28 °C ambient — thrives at typical room/terrarium temperatures

90 – 100 % within the culture. Keep substrate damp; they need constant moisture and will crash if it dries out.

Feeding
Spray of brewer's/baker's yeast, rice grains or commercial springtail food; in bioactive set-ups they self-sustain on mould and detritus.

Enclosure
Cultured on damp charcoal or moist substrate in a ventilated deli cup/tub; multiply explosively. Used to seed bioactive enclosures alongside isopods.

Temperament
Harmless, non-defensive microfauna. Not a handling animal — a functional clean-up colony.
