The process perfected over 17 years of exporting
We work with a trusted network of licensed field collectors, carefully selected partner breeding facilities, and a rapidly expanding in-house breeding program. Our objective is to achieve 100% captive-bred sales by 2028. This will be accomplished through continuous investment in breeding initiatives and the sharing of husbandry and reproductive data with our collector network, helping to increase the number of successful captive breeders throughout Thailand.
Every animal undergoes a comprehensive quarantine and health management protocol prior to export. This includes in-house and third-party veterinary health assessments, proper nutrition, parasite screening and treatment, and a minimum stabilization period of four weeks. Each reptile is individually monitored and regularly inspected to ensure optimal condition. As a result, our clients never receive field-collected animals that have not been thoroughly health-checked, acclimatized, and conditioned for export.
We manage all export documentation on behalf of our clients, including CITES permits, DNP approvals, and veterinary health certificates, regardless of whether they are required by the destination country. For captive-bred reptiles, we provide certification, microchip identification, and DNA traceability where applicable. This enhances long-term provenance, protects the value of your purchase, and supports confidence in future resale and breeding programs.
With more than 17 years of experience in live animal exports, we have established a benchmark for professional reptile shipping in Asia. Our packaging protocols exceed IATA standards and have consistently achieved a DOA rate of less than 1%. We work exclusively with trusted freight forwarders specializing in live animal transportation and prioritize the most direct routing available. Our proprietary client portal provides real-time order updates and shipment tracking, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your animals throughout transit.
Our comprehensive Live Arrival Guarantee (conditions apply) is among the most competitive in the industry. Reflecting our confidence in the health and quality of our animals, we require only 75% payment prior to shipment, with the remaining 25% payable within 24 hours of arrival. This structure minimizes financial risk for our clients while ensuring confidence in both order fulfillment and animal condition upon delivery.
The standards we refuse to compromise on
Every export permit, every CITES document, every Thai wildlife certificate is verified before a single animal moves. We reject orders that cannot be fulfilled within the full letter of the law — no exceptions.
We work with licensed collectors and established captive-breeding programs. Wild populations are monitored and respected. Protected species move only under full CITES documentation.
Our packing standards meet or exceed IATA Live Animal Regulations. Animals are prepared by specialists, climate-appropriate, and never held longer than necessary. Welfare is non-negotiable from collection to delivery.
We vet every buyer. Every partner account holder agrees to our compliance charter. If your business relies on circumventing import laws in your destination country, we are not your supplier.
