Wild Diet
Crickets, roaches, moths and other small arthropods captured with the spiny raptorial pedipalps after detection by the long feeler-legs. Nocturnal ambush predator.
Captive Care

UV Requirements
None required (nocturnal).
Feeding
Crickets and roach nymphs every 5 – 7 days, offered near the vertical perch.

Tall arboreal set-up with flat cork-bark/rock for clinging and vertical molting space (height ≥ 2 × leg span). 3 – 5 cm moist substrate; min 25 × 25 × 35 cm. Communal-tolerant.
Temperament
Shy, fast and nervous — flattens and bolts sideways when disturbed. Harmless but delicate; best observed, not handled.
